  • The Seven Generations Office Park, located at 3221 Eastbrook Drive in Fort Collins, Colorado is a LEED Platinum Office Park consisting of two 10,000 square foot single-story office buildings and one 36,000 square foot two-story office building.  Seven Generations is the first office building in Northern Colorado to be awarded LEED Platinum CS certification.  Features include daylit offices, high ceilings, underfloor air distribution system with plug and play electrical system, west facing second floor community deck, spectacular views, access to city bike path, showers, renewable energy and much more.  Phase one of the project is now complete.  Download a brochure (pdf) or visit the Seven Generations Website for more information on our newest development. 
  • The Wells Fargo Bank Building, located at 3500 JFK Parkway in Fort Collins, Colorado is a four-story, 40,000 square foot commercial office building. The Sitzman-Mitchell & Co. offices are maintined on the second floor of this property.
  • The Scotch Pines Village Offices, located at 2601 Lemay Avenue in Fort Collins, Colorado, includes approximately 10,000 square feet of commercial office space. Tenant mix consists of a variety of uses, including a mortgage company, insurance company, Bank ATM, chiropractor, health and nutrition specialiast, CPA firm, and dentist office.
  • The Arena Office Park developed by Sitzman-Mitchell & Co. on land adjacent to the Marriott Hotel in Fort Collins, Colorado includes a small group of individual professional office buildings ranging in size from approximately 4,000 to 20,000 square feet. Three of the office pad sites were sold to third parties. Sitzman-Mitchell & Co. continues to own and lease the building located at 3538 JFK Parkway.
  • Old Town Square is a redevelopment project located in the heart of Downtown Fort Collins, Colorado. This project included approximately 110,000 square feet of office and retail space in approximately a dozen separate historical buildings. The project included the development of a variety of restaurants with outside seating, numerous adjoining courtyards, and general streetscape improvements providing a pedestrian friendly atmosphere conducive to general vending, promotional events and other recreation. The project also involved the construction of an adjacent 300 car parking garage.
