- Scotch Pines Village Shopping Center is a 100,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center located at the intersection of Drake Road and Lemay Avenue in Fort Collins, Colorado. The anchor tenant of the Center is Sunflower Market, a specialty grocery store featuring organic and conventional products at very competitive prices. Other retail tenants include Starbucks and Great Harvest Bread Company, as well as a liquor store, hair salon, laundry cleaners, photo/copy shop, packaging and mail shop, and a variety of restaurants.
- Berthoud Village Shopping Center is a 35,000 square foot neighborhood shopping center located in Berthoud, Colorado. The anchor tenant for the Center is Hays Market, a small, independently operated grocery store. Other tenants include a video store, laundry cleaners, gas station, animal hospital, dentist, H&R Block, Pizza Hut, and Piccabeans Restaurant.
- Old Town Square is a redevelopment project located in the heart of Downtown Fort Collins, Colorado. This project included approximately 110,000 square feet of office and retail space in approximately a dozen separate historical buildings. The project included the development of a variety of restaurants with outside seating, numerous adjoining courtyards, and general streetscape improvements providing a pedestrian friendly atmosphere conducive to general vending, promotional events and other recreation. The project also involved the construction of an adjacent 300 car parking garage.
